Rooms for Rent

As you know, our Guild Hall now has rooms for players to call their own. Any guild members who would like to have a room to share with a few guildmates can do so by sharing the cost of the room's upkeep and furniture. Please contact GM St-Leone about having this done.

I would like my own room, but first I want to know what could be put in the room. I cannot access the Birdsong Emporium. I was wondering if you could make a list of items and prices of everything we could put in our rooms when we rent them.

The Birdsong Emporium is not available for me, perhaps its because I'm only a Veteran. Its locked, blanked out, and I can't even click on it.

So must we be of the Veteran Rank in order to obtain a room? Since I know that Members aren't allowed to access the Design Mode in the Guild Hall. Are we eligible to choose our own roommates? Can one obtain a room just himself/herself?
